RETAILER REVIEW PROCESS:

• Wholesale price sheet is available for approved wholesale merchants. A copy is sent to the client's email or a copy is given at the trade-show. 

• Retailers will be assessed based on practical criteria including, the compatibility of the individual business or online store.

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ORDERING TERMS:

• Minimum order of $250

 

ORDERING:

• Orders may be placed by online, fax, phone, e-mail, or mail. 

• For online orders sign up on our website on the Contact Us page. Once approved, we will email you the password to access the products page.

• You can also write down your order on our order sheet (link) or on your own company order sheet. Whatever is easier for you. Emailing us your order would be the best way to place an order.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Retailer pays full invoice at time of ship.

• We will contact you for payment and ship once payment is processed.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

• All order cancellations will be assessed a 25% processing fee.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

• Retailer is responsible for shipping cost F.O.B Woodbridge warehouse. Orders requesting priority will be charged an additional handling fee. All orders will be insured.

• If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please write us a letter via e-mail or fax. Any returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and only with prior approval from Padhma Creation. Unauthorized or late returns will be refused. Fax return requests to 917-475-9766 or e-mail to padhma.creations@gmail.com.

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT APPROVAL CONDITIONS:

• Padma Knits products may only be re sold in approved stores. 

• Approval as a wholesale customer may be revoked at any time if product is sold at a non-approved venue.
